Yes! You can cancel or edit any future reservation directly in the app. Just go to your reservation list, tap on the reservation, and choose "Edit" or "Cancel." This frees up the spot for others to reserve.
If your dedicated spot is marked unavailable (e.g., used by someone else), the app will notify you and suggest an alternative free spot nearby — if available. You can also see who’s currently occupying each spot for clarity.
Yes — multiple users can set the same default spot, as long as they come to the office on different days. The system ensures only one user can reserve a specific spot per day to avoid conflicts.
Absolutely! If a user with a dedicated spot marks it as free, others in the company will get a notification. You can then reserve that spot on a first-come, first-served basis.
